Be a fairytale princess

Kaftans from Morocco are probably some of the most feminine and beautiful garments around. They make you look like a fairytale princess, and are easily worn with the hijab.

Sadly, I couldn’t find any pictures of sisters wearing the kaftan with hijab, but I can assure you guys, it looks even more elegant. Moroccan girls often sport that look in weddings. I waaaaaant one.

What about you??

  6. Assalamu alaikum,

Do they make those with thawb material?

  7. Alix says:

The thing is, these are not considered hijab because they can be too expensive to be worn on the street (they will make someone feel not as rich) so sisters please save them for weddings or parties ect. And the waists tend to be cinched. But there are some dressy simpler ones that can pass for it: D

i bet with some sewing skills the kimono style dress is probly easy to make. so buying them to wear may be expensive , but if uve got the skill…which i dont boohoo…one day. im losing weight anyhow 1STONE AND COUNTING. when im thin ill make loads of clothes hehehehehe

i love these styles but i hate the belts lol, i usually wear them when i go to morocco and the belts kill me. they call them tksherta(spelling bad lol) and subhanallah they look so beautiful when they are on. you can have normal everyday ones knocked up but the ones shown are mainly for a special occassion a one off not everyday.

i have 3 here in the uk simple ones and no big belt in sight lol, and i wear for eid.

    wa salam
